Rights and legal positions of the nursing staff to be placed
Arche #Works would like to point out the special protection of the rights and legal positions of the nursing staff to be placed. International agreements and guidelines form the basis of our corporate principles. In doing so, we declare ourselves to protect the rights and legal positions of nursing professionals in the context of international mediation.
These include international human rights conventions such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights [1] and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights [2] of December 16, 1966.
The International Labor Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of June 1998 [3] and the General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Fair Recruitment defined by the ILO are also of great importance. [4] Arche #Works also refers to the so-called Fair Recruitment Initiative (FRI) of the ILO, [5].
Arche #Works expects its business partners and customers to comply with all international conventions supported by the Federal Republic of Germany. In particular, they meet the minimum requirements for human, migration and labor rights listed above.
